After meeting Stefan Kruhl from Volksbühne (with Castorf) in ´96, Rogall did smaller cycles of events before launching the huge “Bühne als Tanzfläche” including the big stage and all Salons. Rogall created the Sonar Kollektiv Festival in 98 and managed / curated the events until 2002.Among numerous artists were Tosca, Dixon, Peter Kruder, The Bays, Lady Kier, Rechenzentrum, Jazzanova, Michael Reinboth, Ian Pooley (live), Bugge Wesseltoft and many more.
